Our factory is structured and equipped to provide a range of services to our customers. From our clients working sketches we are able to develop an initial pattern and sample providing technical pack assistance to give the best pre-production advice. Our sample room can construct and supply all samples for marketing and wholesale needs in addition to fit and production samples. Samples are delivered in 2 weeks. The sourcing team are able to source, supply and trim fabrics inline with customers design, pricing, quantity and ethical needs. With good critical path management through all the production phases we ensure our customers have up to date information, high quality garment and a timely delivery.
Through a wide supply network of reputable suppliers throughout FE, Europe and Turkey we are able to source fabrics and trims to fulfill our customers requirements. From European stock houses for quick deliveries to forward order items development, we work on finding the right products. We make sure that the vision, quality, price points always match brief given by our customers.
We specialise in coats, dresses and woven separates. We have experience in handling a wide range of fabrics. Our reputation has been built on our attention to detail. It enables us to produce high quality garments inline with delivery deadlines. Our experienced technicians ensure that our machineries operate by the standarts we set. Our range of product options offering MOQ of 200 units and a production capacity of up to 20,000 garments a month with delivery of 4/6 weeks from sample approval enable us to be flexible with our customers. This way we are able to adjust with them and to the markets they are working in.
To ensure our quality standards we only work with reputable suppliers who follow and adhere all current testing and ethical guidelines. Our fabrics and trims are tested inline with customer requirements and copies of tests are always submitted for the approval. We maintain a vigilant control of all fabrics in-house. Our technical team monitor garments throughout production with reports available to our customers at all times. Deliveries are only dispatched on production sample approval from our customer.
From samples to bulk deliveries we aim to provide a quick and convenient service using reliable courier and transport services. Samples are dispatched and delivered within 2-3 days. We are able to offer both hanging and flat packed delivery to our customers. We offer an option of FOB collection by their nominated carrier or direct delivery within 1 week through approved transporters.
